Driving Route from the M5
The fastest route to Lynton is from the M5.
Turn off at junction 27 and turn on to the A361 towards Barnstaple. Continue on this road through South Molten until you reach the A399 ( signposted Lynton).
Drive along this road for 14 miles until you reach the junction with the A39.
Turn left onto the A39.
At Barbrook, take the left hand turning signposted Lynton.
Take the 2nd turning to Lynton from the Barbrook Road.
There is a mandatory stop sign here.
Continue up the hill past Castle Heights and turn right just before the Valley of the Rocks hotel onto North Walk Road.
The Seawood Hotel is the 2nd hotel on the left.
Drive past the hotel and a sharp turn will lead you into our car park
